工作坊一：串連九龍城——泰式手繩製作
Workshop 1: “Connecting Kowloon City” (DIY Thai Bead Bracelets)
The aim of this workshop is to use beaded bracelets to gain the participants’ interest towards Thai culture. Participants will use semi-finished bracelets to string beads of different shapes and sizes, and they can take away the bracelets as souvenirs. After joining this workshop, more concepts about the living culture of Thai people will be instilled to the participants and deepen their understanding of the Kowloon City community through entertainment.
工作坊的目的是透過串珠手繩來提升參加者對泰文化的興趣。參加者會用半製成手繩串上不同形狀大小的珠仔，完成後可帶回家用作飾物及紀念品。參加完此活動後, 參加者將會更了解泰國人的生活文化，並以娛樂的方式加深九龍城社區的認知。

工作坊二：龍城撕紙工作坊
Workshop 2: Kowloon city tear paper art workshop
This workshop will invite Mr. Lee Sing Man, a paper-tearing artist from Hong Kong, to share his experience of paper-tearing art with the participants. The art of tearing paper is similar to the art of paper cutting. The art of tearing paper is based on imagination, folding the paper in half, and tearing out the shape and pattern of the paper. In this workshop, participants will follow Uncle Man to learn some simple tear-off paper skills, or propose fonts or patterns that they want to learn. Uncle Man will also teach in real-time, allowing participants to experience the unique paper-tearing art.
本次工作坊請來了香港撕紙藝術家李昇敏先生 (敏叔)，與同學分享撕紙藝術的心得，撕紙藝術類似剪紙藝術，不過撕紙藝術是靠想像力及一雙巧手，將紙張對摺，並撕出不同造型或圖案。參加者在本次工作坊中將跟隨敏叔學習一些簡單的撕紙技巧，或者提出想學習的字體或圖案 ，敏叔亦能即時進行教學，讓參加者體驗獨特的撕紙文化。

Mr LEE Sing Man, also known as Uncle Man, is an artist of Tear Paper art. Rooted in the Kowloon Walled City Park, in addition to serving as an unofficial docent, he also started his artistic creation. He usually presents his works to tourists here, which impresses many people. Uncle Man spared no expense in his talent to promote the traditional Chinese art of tearing paper. Also, he often went to different schools and communities to demonstrate and teach the art of tearing paper, and the largest scale reaches 2,000 people! In addition, he demonstrated the art of tearing paper in front of foreign dignitaries many times and was interviewed by many foreign media in Walled City Park, such as BBC News. Although the method of tearing paper can be traced, it is a test of the creator's mind and imagination. Uncle Man believes that each work has its unique concept and explanation. For example, the combination of graphics and text can interpret the meaning of words more vividly.
李昇敏先生是香港撕紙藝術家。他紮根於九龍寨城公園，並擔當義務的導賞員，向遊人免費表演撕紙技巧。為弘揚撕紙的傳統中國藝術，敏叔亦經常到不同的學校和社區演示與教授撕紙技藝。此外，他還多次在外國政要前示範撕紙藝術，獲一眾外媒前往寨城公園採訪，例如英國廣播公司新聞等。
