Tour Introduction 行程簡介
The tour will take approximately 1.5 hours to explore the Fujianese community in North Point, including their migration history, food culture and religion.
需時一個半小時的路線將帶領你探索北角的福建人社區，包括他們的移民歷史、飲食文化及宗教。
Java Road
渣華道
Java Road, built in 1933, was named after the Royal Interocean Lines, a Dutch Shipping firm in North Point. Some said it was named after the 'Java Sugar Transportation Dock' built by Koeh Chhun-iong, a Fujianese businessman from Indonesia.
於1933年建成的渣華道原稱爪哇道，據說是以當時位於北角的荷蘭爪哇輪船公司命名，亦有說是得名自印尼福建籍富商郭春秧所興建的爪哇運糖碼頭。

on Chun Yeung Street
春秧街福建食材店
There are four shops next to the stairs of the Ming Sau Building. Three of them, including Yat Sun Store, Hing Yuen and Kau Gei, mainly sell Chinese pastries and ingredients that are used to make Fujianese cuisine.
明秀大廈樓梯旁有四間商舖，其中日新商店、興源和球記主要售賣福建食品，包括閩菜食材及發糕、麻荖等糕點。
Zhen Zhen Restaurant
真真美食店
Zhen Zhen Restaurant is operated by Mr Wu and his daughter-in-law who are from Fujian, while the customers are mainly Fujianese. It sells traditional Fujian cuisine, such as different flavours of salted rice, Fujian-style rolls and soup.
真真美食店是由福建人吳先生和其兒媳所經營的美食店，顧客亦以福建人為主，店舖售買傳統閩菜，例如各類鹹飯、煎雞卷和灌腸湯。
Bo Chuen Um
寶泉庵
Bo Chuen Um is an upper-floor temple established by the Fujianese community. The principal deity being consecrated is Baosheng Emperor. The tradition of picking medication up for the worshippers with a prescription at a pharmacy nearby after they draw the fortune sticks is kept.
寶泉庵是由福建社群籌款建造而成的樓上廟，主祀福建及台灣等地民間信奉的醫神 - - 保生大帝，並保留求醫籤後贈醫施藥的傳統。
